Association of Chronic Spinal Pain with Diet Quality

Chronic spinal pain is disabling and has high personal and societal costs. Risk factors include behavioral factors; however, little is known about the role of diet quality and its association with spinal pain. Higher diet quality and consumption of macronutrients that drive higher diet quality were hypothesized to be associated with lower odds of having spinal pain. Read more here.
